What is KC Inspirations?
KC Inspirations is a newly founded online retailer of products inspired by the rich heritage of Kansas City and the Heartland.
Where are you located?
We are located in Kansas City, Missouri, but we do not have a physical store. All of our offerings are available online through our website, and through our pages on Facebook and Instagram.
Why a Kansas City themed store?
Our founder is a life long native of the Midwest, and is instilled with Midwest values. Having grown up in a small town not too far from Kansas City, they developed a connection to Kansas City's rich and diverse tapestry, including sports, cuisine, arts, landmarks, and pretty much everything else that Kansas City has to offer. After they moved to Kansas City, that connection deepened into a sense of pride and loyalty. It is KC Inspiration's goal to share some of the highlights of this Heartland jewel with the rest of the country.
Is KC Inspirations a secure website?
Absolutely! Our website is hosted on the Shopify platform, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to KC Inspirations. For privacy information, please review our Privacy Policy.

About Our Products
How are your products made?
All of our products are made "on demand" which means that we do not carry an inventory. Rather, when you place an order, it is sent to one of our production partners, and your products are created just for you. This production model aligns with lean manufacturing principles and the elimination of wasteful overproduction.
I do not see the size or color that I want. Can I special order?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer options beyond what we have listed on our product pages. However, we plan to increase or selection of products and available choices, so keep checking back periodically. You can also sign up for our email list, as we intend to send product updates to all of our customers as they become available.
Will you be adding more styles and designs to your product line?
Yes! We plan to introduce new products, designs and styles on a regular basis to keep providing our customers a fresh variety of choices.
How will I know when new products have been added to your store?

About Orders & Delivery
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time we only ship to U.S. addresses. This includes all 50 states, plus Puerto Rico and U.S. territories.
How long will it take to receive my order?
While shipping times vary, shirts and hats are generally shipped within 3-5 days after order processing. Wall art products take a bit longer. Please review our Shipping Policy for all the details.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our t-shirts and hats. For other products, shipping is calculated at checkout. For more details about shipping costs, please review our Shipping Policy.
I ordered t-shirts and hats. Why do shipping charges show up at checkout?
Most likely it is because you also have items in your cart that do not have free shipping available. You can check this by emptying your cart of items that do not have the free shipping available, and then going back to checkout. If you did that and your t-shirts and hats still show a shipping charge, then it is a site error that needs to be fixed. Please Contact Us and let us know so that we can fix the problem. NOTE: Be sure to put your other items back in your cart before checkout!
I ordered the wrong size, color, or product option. Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering errors. Since all of our products are made "on demand" we do not carry an inventory from which we can do an exchange. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to process order cancellations. For full details regarding refunds, exchanges and cancellations, please review our Refund Policy page.
What do I do if the order I received is wrong, defective, or arrived damaged?
Hopefully this will not be an issue since we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. If your item(s) arrive damaged or are defective, or were not the right product(s) you ordered, you can submit a refund or exchange request. Please review our Refund Policy for instructions on how to initiate a refund/exchange request.
